Prioir to FirstVibe Manny was a Lead Architect with one of the major canadian banks. Manny is an established professional with more than 17 years of enterprise solutions design, development and IT systems infrastructure experience acquired as a Lead Architect, Lead Developer and System Analyst for all sizes of software, financial and service organizations covering a wide variety of business endeavors.

He has helped build high performance teams with a focus on quality, delivery and customer satisfaction. Susant has a proven track record leading complex business process re-engineering programs in an Agile environment. Prior to joining FirstVibe, Susant worked as a Technical Architect in Capgemini.

I am an agile leader with a CFA, Masters in Public Policy and over 10 years of cross-functional experience in the CPG, tech and finance industries. My main areas of expertise include analytics, sales modeling, product development and financial analysis. I have lead cross-functional IT projects spanning analytics, data integration, and business process management to effectvely scale company resources.
